This was the best culture with the most caring, fun people you could ask for. The company truly cared about each other and went out of their way to drive a positive culture. It was the best experience of my career to date. However that all changed in 2024 with Vista Outdoor restructure.

Everything you read about Camelbak before Feb 2024 is true. Then Vista Outdoor restructured and completely shattered the culture, team and everything that made it great. Camelbak was merged under the Fox Racing team, moved down to Irvine and laid off the majority of the great people. The new leadership has no sense of culture or collaboration. New leadership hires unqualified candidates for inadequate reasons- location, friends with someone, worked there 10 years ago and then hasn’t worked anywhere legitimate since. The new culture is nothing like what Camelbak was.
