Remote position, flexibility, benefits, pay

Cons

While everything was great, I was part of the first wave of layoffs in 2023. No warning, no preparation. Was just told log into this Zoom meeting and don’t miss it. The then President went on with his speech and as soon as he said we weren’t employed anymore, everything shut down on the computer. Severance was barely a month’s worth. This was my first layoff and after that, I will never ever work for healthcare staffing. Such an unstable industry. Don’t chance it of you have a family to feed unless you’re ok with being neck deep with brown nosing uppers.
