Great work life balance, best leadership I have experienced. I genuinely love being at work and feel encouraged and respected in my position. A lot of opportunities and growth. You can tell the company genuinely cares about their teams.
Cons
None that I can think of- other than wearing a uniform everyday but I can get passed that :)
