Pros

The only pro is a few of the people working at the Carrollton location are decent humans.

Cons

Everything about this company! This company is a very hostile work environment, and upper management sweeps everything under the rug. If you are not Hispanic you will not succeed. If I could give 0 ratings I would across the board! This business is so bad I have filed an EEOC charge!

Pros

Private office — Having my own office with a door provided privacy, focus, and a professional environment to work in. Autonomy in daily work — Day‑to‑day tasks allowed for independent work when recruiting needs were clear.

Cons

Siloed culture — Leadership talked about innovation, but cross‑department collaboration was strongly discouraged, making it difficult to improve processes. Questions viewed negatively — Asking clarifying questions was often interpreted as creating problems rather than trying to understand or improve workflows. Inconsistent workload — Recruiting workload fluctuated heavily depending on how local managers chose to hire and whether they followed recruiter recommendations. Lack of empathy — Limited understanding or support for employees’ lives or challenges outside of work. Underwhelming bonuses — Bonuses were described as generous, but the reality did not match the messaging. Expensive benefits — Benefits were marketed as top‑tier but were among the most expensive and least comprehensive I’ve had in my career. High turnover — My entire local team in the Carrollton office quit within months of my joining. Unhelpful comparisons — Frequent comparisons to the Watertown location created unnecessary pressure and didn’t reflect local realities. No support for skilling up — Attempts to discuss upskilling staff or building internal career paths were dismissed, limiting long‑term employee development.
