      Home Office, processos bem definidos.

      Má liderança, baixos benefícios e salário em comparação ao mercado de trabalho, não tem plano de carreira, a gente precisa "sentar na cadeira" por muito tempo antes de receber o cargo, PLR é baixíssima (300 reais anuais, sendo o pagamento parcelado em 2 vezes) e no contrato que estou alocada não somos convidados para a festa no final de ano (apenas os líderes).

      The company values its employees.

      Cons

      My supervisor advised me to find work to do on my own (“nagging” my coworkers) rather than include me in kick-off meetings or including me in the initial project workflow. She supported a work environment that churned out marketing materials as quickly as possible, forsaking quality. While giving some coworkers kudos for their work, she never acknowledged my work to the team.
