*wonderful people *you work independently *as long as you do your job decently no one bothers you.
Cons
*don’t work here if you plan on getting pregnant, I’ve been out of work for months because they don’t accommodate pregnancy. *Threatened to write me up due to pregnancy sickness before I submitted a formal doctors note(which takes time to get). *They don’t pay attention, let couples work together and relations have happened in the back of the ambulances. *They act like they care for the employees but generally don’t follow through unless it benefits the company. * Again I’ll address the pregnancy part, multiple women I have worked with have been wrongfully denied accommodations or any light duty’s, it feels like the company tries to punish you for getting pregnant. * Dispatch will try to make you start your lunch before you are stopped anywhere, they bully you into taking your breaks so they can give you more patients.
