      Pros

      Great office environment when you are actually there. Fairly transparent, good start up tech vibe, decent perks and parties, generally young and fresh.

      Cons

      Long hours, high turnover, mgmt expects nothing but the best, which can burn some people out. Moves at an incredibly rapid pace, which is not for everybody.

      Real estate agents are their customers. All the technology and tools are designed to help agents work more effectively.

      Cons

      There is a push to earn a higher commission from each transaction. There is no cap on the amount you pay Compass.
