Horrible Experience - Anonymous employee Compassus Employee Review

Where to begin? There is little regard for patient care and certainly little regard for employees. They are a nationwide company intent on becoming the biggest. It is all about the $$$. Making staff adhere to a rigid time frame in which they should complete visits and being called out if they don't adhere. Where is the Compassion in that? Managers who literally yell at employees. Regional Managers who have no clue what truly goes on in their Hospice programs. One of the absolute worst work experiences I have ever had.
