-High workload -Most colleagues do not know the extent of the work this position requires; this can lead to feeling undervalued by colleagues and management. -Worklife balance is a challenge for all due to the nature of the industry- end-of-life care requires dedication outside of standard business hours. If you prefer to work a 9-5 Monday through Friday, this is not the job for you.
