On time payroll Ready access to HR and legal executives Transparency in assignment details and hourly pay rate Provides portal and benefits such as group insurance and 401 plan( no employer contribution though)
Cons
Nothing so far I have come across. There are minor things that one would come across any desi consultancy that can be improved.. But it is not any bigger issues comparing to pros
