Very bad work culture. Employee suffers due to false commitments to client from managment. They expect to work 12 hrs a day although min working hours is 9h. In my 2 month of working in Compunnel Digital i had to work on 3 weekends to meet irrelevant deadlines. VP only considers you a resoure and expect to work day and night otherwise it will impact your appraisals. They say it directly
