Pros
Adding canteen for sake of pros although it cannot be counted even in Pros for most of people & Annual trip which i heard about.
Cons
Mass exodus of employees caused by high rate of layoff during crisis across departments and experience range. They have also made employees sign resignation due to slight business discontinuity caused by Covid-19 at end of March and even at beginning of April.
