Good opportunities to work with well-known client companies. Management is approachable and willing to address employee concerns. Transparent communication during the hiring and placement process.

Career growth largely depends on client assignments. Benefits package could be more competitive. Limited interaction with the vendor once deployed to a client. Salary increments may be less frequent than expected.
