Awful leadership - Anonymous employee Computacenter Employee Review

-Limited/no formal training -Poor leadership from top to bottom and if they do not like you, you do not have a chance -Middle management knows that senior management is bad but cannot do anything about it -Expected to go in and report/run your accounts with no training -Low pay rate compared to the industry -Non supportive management -Poor communication -Toxic work environment -No regular management check ins -Management will lie to appease the VPs whims on personnel -High turnover, and the team suffers -Out of touch leadership -Extreme favoritism
