      Easygoing, casual athmosphere Good start if you're new in Barcelona

      Not too much posibility to move to higher position In that time inflexible with working from home Low salary Too much changes in organisation that havent been worked out till the end

      Great location, great co workers, great leadership

      Cons

      Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

      Pros

      Pay and job title are crazy nice

      Cons

      This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
