Great place to work, more or less interesting projects depending on your account amazing colleagues, everybody tries to help you and is very supportive, colleagues become friends quickly and friends become colleagues even faster since the company belives that good people attract more good people, amazing facilities, good culture --> several events that are used for team building/there are multiple spaces in the offices, where you can also hang out or get some distance from your work place, a lot of working from home if you want it too, usual coffee, tea and fruit supply
Cons
it´s an enterprise after all, so a lot of processes and procedures that you have to follow to get results (internally), also you got to teach your account team sometimes about the customer and hold them back
