Pros
Computacenter is a great company to work for if you want to work hard and progress quickly. They have gained some very good contracts which will stretch your skills and enable you to progress your career in many different ways. I really enjoyed my time there as most contracts have a good team spirit. I found the management team to be very supportive and understanding when problems arise even if they are out of work issues..
Cons
"Scheduled Adherence" which is their micro management policy seems to penalize more genuine employees than the lazy individuals that it was originally designed to weed out.
