      Pros

      Program manager, director, IT staff and human resources are all very approachable, personable and genuine. They are helpful and available when you need them. The salary and benefits offered are highly competitive.

      Cons

      As the positions are typically contract positions for the government, contract professionals are treated as hourly employees by the government 'point of contact'. Because of the nature of being a contract worker, a highly educated professional is limited by the confines of the contract for that position.

      Pros

      I have worked for Concentric Methods for 18 months on their contract with USAID. They have been outstanding as a employer from the very beginning. Their on-boarding process and comprehensive personnel policies, practices and benefits were excellent. Even though the U.S. government clearance process always takes longer than one expects, my program manager, Chelsey Brown, was outstanding in continually following up and providing updates. In fact, the strength of the company is in their workforce and Chelsey Brown is an exceptional program manager that I have turned to often for questions and advise. She is extremely responsive. That speaks to how the company selects their management team and backs them up with first in class services, policies and benefits.

      There are no downsides for working with Concentric Methods
