Pros

Amazing product and brands, genuinely nice colleagues, good work-life balance, good pension and great benefits, summer fridays are nice (there is basically no work being done), frequent events and freebies.

Cons

US-Leadership is disconnected from the reality of other markets. Frequent restructuring over recent years has created organizational instability and loads of confusion. Decision making is painfully slow, top-down management style leaves little autonomy for teams to execute on anything other than bare day-to-day. Many departments lack clear priorities or strategic direction, creating uneven workloads across the organization. There's a troubling lack of transparency around business performance and key metrics, making it difficult to understand how the company is performing towards whatever the goals are. Professional development and training are basically non-existent. Internal politics between departments hinder collaboration and it's just very frustrating.

Pros

You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

Cons

but NYC’s costs prevent true luxury unless income is much higher.

Pros

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
