      I have no comment as my unfavourable experience outweighed anything good.

      Cons

      My experience of the organisational culture felt cold, rootless and having observed how they engaged with clients and how they were behind the scenes, it left me feeling miserable. I have never experienced such a horrible environment.

      Met some lovely people I have to write 20 words but I really don't have any more pros for this company

      Worst company ever worked for. No appreciation for your work. No training Manager communication is awful. Bully tactics used a lot

      Pros

      It’s a great company to get exposure to the industry and you are given responsibility and trusted to do your job. There has been a dramatic improvement in the overall culture and there’s a great team here and we get to work on some great conferences at home and abroad.

      Cons

      It can be busy but that’s the nature of the industry.
