Staff turnover is the highest I've ever seen, I got fat from all the leaving party cakes! Bully tactics used by senior management and very unprofessional, always gossiping about your colleagues. CEO has an over inflated opinion of herself and majority of the senior management run around after her like lap dogs, it's degrading to see. No HR structure in place. Always an environment of tension among the staff which is very unpleasant.

Management is not clear and there's a huge lack of direction. Management communication is awful Company over promises and under deliver No plan in place for employee development, management expects you to know what's in their head High turn over, there's someone leaving almost every week CEO makes decision on the fly based on opinions rather than facts and reports Company still has an old culture Tools are outdated and there are no processes in place. Bully tactics used a lot. Employees are usually complaining about the company and most of them are stressed out which makes it a bad environment to be in. Management is not open, they're always busy and can't offer you support. No appreciation for your work. I wouldn't recommend this company to a friend.
