Not the best - Analyst Confluence Technologies Employee Review

Clearlake Capital Group bought Confluence Technologies in 2021, since then there has been the usual things that happens when private equity acquires a Technology company, The concentration of decision making to a few overpaid executives/management and offshoring of many functions away from the US and Canada to India and Vietnam. This is regarded by many as a mistake and pointed out as such by other reviewers. Many of the Vietnam staff have a poor grasp of English which limits their ability to provide any meaningful help.
