Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear that you are not currently happy. I note that you have said that freedom to work is a positive point and would like to reiterate that we pride ourselves on flexible approach to work, with remote/hybrid options for most roles. We are working hard across 2023 to focus on engagement, and plan to conduct the next engagement survey in the fall. We value the voices of our employees and conduct these surveys annually. Additionally, we conduct new joiner surveys and exit surveys to understand the employee experience from beginning to end. Please also note that annual bonuses are paid in March as opposed to aligning to holidays. If you would like to discuss any of your points further, feel free to email the team at HR@confluence.com.
