      WFH Other than that honestly I don’t find any positives

      No career growth No Bonuses No Appreciations/ better ratings for work and achievements Priority for profits than employee growth and pay. Borderline pay increase annually

      Remote work. Lucky to have a good manager.

      Cons

      Management lies about giving you some benefits and then does not provide it to you. Extremely low salary. Bonus is like 2% which is a joke.
