Connection periodically examines the labor markets where we conduct business to ensure that our total rewards strategy remains competitive for prospective employees and retains our talent. While we do exercise an annual review cycle for our employees, we assess performance throughout the year with open employee communications. This presents an opportunity to establish clear and meaningful criteria to evaluate and acknowledge performance.
