The biggest con is no Teacher’s Union, so you have to rely on HR to help with big issues…like management harassment, which had happened from multiple management including principal and current supervisor…They treat you worse, the longer you are there…they will hold private meetings on Google Meet, just to ridicule you and say how bad of an employee you are…make sure to screen record, with audio so you have concrete proof of this terrible treatment. You are more of an employee, then a teacher…they try to manipulate and control your day, rather than help you…I can go on and on…I’ve worked at other online schools, which were not that great, including Cabrillo Point Academy (CA), but Connections is by far the worst treatment I have had at any position…
