      Very slow shift in culture. Top management realizes times have changed

      Still a lot of resistance to change. Long timers who benefited from the buddy system will be there forever

      Pros

      Heath benefits are amazing and matching 401k Never an issue taking vacation. Tuition reimbursement for free the first 2 years of employment. Being able to obtain my Masters Degree has been attainable because of Conning.

      Cons: If there are any, I have approachable managers ready to guide and lead.
