Office empties on fridays (due to hybrid structure)

You will get 3 weeks vacation time - Sure sounds great but you'll also be broke and will want to spend you time not being at this disgusting building for your own sanity.

Worst pay imaginable. These people don't care about you at all and it shows with how much they are willing to pay you. You will get a yearly raise which averages from .10 cents to .30 cents regardless of work ethic etc. Everyone is treated the same regarding raises so doing a good job is worthless. The benefits are even worse than the pay. One of the lowest things this company has done to it's employees is take any sort of growth anyway from yourself and your career. They don't care about your goals, ideas, financial status or anything. You are there to do what they want and to just shut up and work and never expect anything. The Muncy building literally has rats upstairs and the HR people didn't do anything about it since they aren't upstairs.
