Can be very very fun. Get to travel all over USA, Meet people from all over the world. I list a lot of cons, but the fun and coolness of the job is a big win.
Cons
-Pay is soooo low
-Rely on tips from people who don't know how to tip
-training is unethical, unpaid and not helpful.
-Don't train you on internal systems and taking payments
-So much miscommunication internally. Nothing is ever clear or streamlined.
-People always talking poorly about each other. Very very toxic leadership.
-Lifestyle is not sustainable.
-you have to do A LOT of work unpaid.
-soooo much stress.
