      Pros

      Working for Contiki for almost 5 years I can say that it has been an adventure. Surrounded by inspiring & fun colleagues ensures that every day I wake up wanting to head into work. With the ever-changing scene of travel I love that Contiki remains on the leading curve and is willing to change it up to stay relevant. Of course the opportunities I have had to enjoy the awesome trips all over the world have been a pretty great perk!

      Cons

      If you are in a sales role you will travel more than other roles which fits some lifestyles well!

      Pros

      Can be very very fun. Get to travel all over USA, Meet people from all over the world. I list a lot of cons, but the fun and coolness of the job is a big win.

      Cons

      -Pay is soooo low -Rely on tips from people who don't know how to tip -training is unethical, unpaid and not helpful. -Don't train you on internal systems and taking payments -So much miscommunication internally. Nothing is ever clear or streamlined. -People always talking poorly about each other. Very very toxic leadership. -Lifestyle is not sustainable. -you have to do A LOT of work unpaid. -soooo much stress. - you need to be super organized... I was not haha
