Good culture for the most part. Decent pay. Good leadership mostly. Bad management tends to get weeded out eventually.

Culture can vary, depending on who's in charge/office location, etc.

I loved the company and they care about the employees, mental health, and giving back to the community.

You will get looked over for promotions because management knows other techs outside of work. Everything has turned into week long overnight trips that are outside of the city limits. We ran out of work for 6 techs to hit 40 hours per week. All of the newly hired techs were hired as specialist and caused issues sending more than one tech to a job.
