Pros

The store team, the discount , the vacation accrual is really good, and as far as retail the pay is not bad.

Cons

The micro management from HQ is overbearing .Upper management lives in their bubble not communicating with each in turn the store winds up with multiple tasks due the same day.To many checks for the stores ,sends a message of distrust. Ex SVS,OPR,PRE, Scorecards, PAR just the names alone are overwhelming. HQ as well as district managers have no clue what working in a store is like. They should all have to spend a week in the store during peak season perhaps thrn there would be less change of routines, policies etc. during this trying time. Last but not least good luck getting promoted or having someone actually look at your skill set.IDP's are useless. The company should look internally first .

Pros

Opportunities for growth and great benefits.

Cons

Management is so incredibly catty. There's drama every month, not just between associates, but mostly with management and leadership. The store manager is also good friends with the district manager so if you had any HR violations with her it wouldn't be taken seriously and they would just laugh about it in their video calls. So many HR violations have been made here its not even funny. I recommend the company as well as Nike who owns them but do yourself a favor and stay away from the Philadelphia Premium Outlets location.
