Pros
I enjoyed my work and the variety of customers. Bonuses were great and free merchandise. 40% discount at any Converse or Nike store. The manager that actually worked hard and was supportive of our section was Paul Perez. Love love love PAUL!
Cons
The management wasn't good. While I was there we went through at least 8 different managers. Customs section (where I worked) had little to no support.
