Pros
Working with such an iconic sneaker company is amazing. The culture is great and who can say that a drag runway show happened during work.. not many at all. Perks are great with discount off for Nike and Converse product and the events are always fun.
Cons
No growth potential within the Account Manager Department. Many people stick around just because of the brand but career advancement is not there. The department keeps promising for growth but never follows through with those promises. The higher ups promise on change and open communication but nothing changes. Great to have on your resume but do not stay because you were promised that growth would come soon.. cause it won’t.
