Pros

- Shoes are everywhere! It is cool to see the creative process and see models that are being tested and some that won't be released for a year or two. - Great work life balance; there is a small gym in the 5 floor office, which is a renovated historical factory mill; very cool office setting, yes it is mostly cubicals (low walls which is nice), but with a loft/urban feel inside it provides a great environment to work in. Always music echoing from random peoples cubes; from an outsider it might look like little work gets done, but that is hardly the case - Casual dress attire; a t-shirt, jeans, and chucks or jp's is most of the office attire; The only people wearing suits were people visiting - Good benefits; great discounts at Converse, Cole Haan, Nike, Hurley; occasional free products and shoes - Summer hours A business that is performing exceptionally well right now b/c trends fall in line with the brand, but hard to say 2-3 years down the road if that will be the case. With this industry, things happen FAST!

Cons

They're awesome! haha, get it, this field is titled "Cons", which is a common name for Converse shoes ;-) I'm an idiot ... - NORTH ANDOVER; by no means a glamorous town; its a solid 40 minute commute from Boston if you are young and wanting to live in the city (where there is actually stuff to do) - Run very lean - not that it is hard to progress your career, it will just take a very long time to do so - Food options for lunch - a few decent restaurants nearby, a so-so caf with a neighboring company - You have to be brand loyal (obviously); so, if you were to say have a wardrobe of competitor clothing, say goodbye to it Monday-Friday!

Pros

Opportunities for growth and great benefits.

Cons

Management is so incredibly catty. There's drama every month, not just between associates, but mostly with management and leadership. The store manager is also good friends with the district manager so if you had any HR violations with her it wouldn't be taken seriously and they would just laugh about it in their video calls. So many HR violations have been made here its not even funny. I recommend the company as well as Nike who owns them but do yourself a favor and stay away from the Philadelphia Premium Outlets location.
