Pros

-The discount is AMAZING- you get it at Nike, Converse and Hurley and they apply your discount to things even if they are on sale or clearance! -The benefits package is really generous. -It's a fun and relaxed environment to work in, you can wear pretty much whatever you want as long as you're wearing a Converse t-shirt and chucks. -You start accruing PTO immediately and it adds up really quickly, making taking time off much easier.

Cons

-Store manager is RARELY present and when they are there they spend most of their time in back and hardly ever run the sales floor. -Leads basically run the store without much acknowledgement from upper management. -There are always WAY more shoes than you have room for and you often have to start storing boxes on the floor.

Pros

Opportunities for growth and great benefits.

Cons

Management is so incredibly catty. There's drama every month, not just between associates, but mostly with management and leadership. The store manager is also good friends with the district manager so if you had any HR violations with her it wouldn't be taken seriously and they would just laugh about it in their video calls. So many HR violations have been made here its not even funny. I recommend the company as well as Nike who owns them but do yourself a favor and stay away from the Philadelphia Premium Outlets location.
