Pros
Very customer-service driven. The best is expected out of employees. Management is extremely motivated and extremely interested in helping out its employees. Really, really was happy working here.
Cons
Not really any cons working for Converse, actually. The communication was never an issue, really. I would be curious to see what moving up in the system would be like.
