Very talented and friendly work colleagues. Broad product line which offers many opportunities for developing unique devices across many different fields. Young and new engineers get opportunities to jump and contribute immediately. Company very sound financially and stability is excellent. Company looks for this to be a life long place of employment. Patient is always put first not performance of company.
Cons
Very flat organization, with minimal opportunity for serious growth. Poor direction provided at highest levels. Many under performers are left to themselves when they should be retasked or let go. Salary does not compete with larger public device companies. Extremely risk averse to the point of paralysis. Very lean organization that results in excessive burden on certain depts. Since Mr. Cook passed away, no real decision maker. Antiquated systems.
