Pros
Privately owned company - Donates a lot to the Community. Cook has never had a lay-off in it's 50 year history People are friendly with a family-like atmosphere Good Health Benefits. Have a decent profit share.
Cons
Difficult to get promotions - need a better Hiearchy of management. Wages/Raises are not that great.or consistent. Big difference between production workers and Office personnel.
