      Pros

      Puts people first like almost no place I've ever worked Perks and benefits are solid Supportive environment Lots and lots of people work here for 30+ years, and its easy to see why

      Cons

      None that I am aware of. There's a lot of work to do; expectations are high but that's not even really a criticism.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
