      Positive work environment and transparency from management. Management is very good at showing how much they care for employees. Great culture and values.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
