      Generous PTO. Competitive salary. Excellent secretarial and support staff. Free parking.

      Cons

      Harassment in the office is not addressed in many cases. Rules and policy don't apply to everyone. Difficult commute.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
