The company doesn’t appear to practice what it preaches. The cognitive dissonance between staff development seminars on neurodiversity, mindfulness and more and how management takes advantage of revenue generating staff seems mind numbing. Adopts hi-tech workspace design without considering the needs of employees - staff and legal pros.
