      Pros

      Projects were well organized. Close to the metro. Happy hours are nice.

      Cons

      Too much division within the IT department. Leadership runs the department like a dictator and everyone is afraid to voice any concerns or share ideas/opinions that may differ from the CIO. Very hostile work environment

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
