Pros
Company is good, product is good, business is good and the headquarters are in states hence there will not be shortage of orders
Cons
they hire directly and through staffing agency but they differentiate between those people. they take better care if you are hired directly and if they want to fire you, they have to give a notice period but if you are hired through staffing agency, they can fire you without prior notice and even would not give you a notice period
