      Loved this job with all my heart! Pay was wonderful and in my area you enjoyed 50% off a full-price all access membership. Considering the hourly pay, the membership paid for itself with a 1x/weekly commitment of a 1.5 hour shift.

      Would appreciate a greater discount for YTT.

      Strong community and culture, benefits include mental health, lots of PTO, flexible schedule, lots of growth opportunities

      Cons

      managers are typically the scapegoats for problems both by SSC/corporate and the students/clientele, low salary compared to high stress environment, on call all the time, expected to teach 4 classes - lead teacher trainings - own all operations - coach/hire/lead massive team of teachers (40+) - membership sales - schedule opp in a 40hr work week (usually ends up being more).
