      Pros

      Great people, and ability to get things done. Great products and a brand value that is second to none in the industry.

      Cons

      Since being bought by Marmon internal politics have increased exponentially. Bureaucracy has increased along with petty attitudes. Company now appears to be run for the benefit of the 'few' at the top of the organisation, not the many.

      Good leadership, great customers or regular customers, multiple opportunities to execute quick team work, individual projects, ways to help each day or shift.

      Cons

      Tough negotiating pay and little growth if not interested in becoming manager.
