Pros
Good benefits and opportunities to advance if wiling to move (especially to Corning, NY). Technology focus company with a focus on quality. Global and focuses on diversity.
Cons
Doesn't appreciate ideas offered outside of those in Corning. As a public company Management often bends to will of investors or looks at that aspect when making decisions versus looking at long time employees. Appeared to be moving towards more contractors vs employees.
