      Difficult to balance work/life (I work a lot) Expectations can be unrealistically high for job performance Promotions are too few (maybe ~3 in a full career?)

      not busy, easy job. no need to work overtime.

      Cons

      They prefer to promote their people. some kind of peoples may not have a fair opportunity. A wrong color can destroy everything.
