      + Long history and culture of innovation conducive to exploring new technologies + Good benefits package including educational resources + Very bright people to work with that are not all egomaniacs + Fairly good work/ life balance + Actually has a career development process

      Cons

      - Very top heavy, old school company that is not as nimble as can be - More people in leadership that are constantly popping out of the woodworks that are nay sayers or need to add their "two cents" to very project we work on - Everything takes too long to accomplish when compared to an external contractor/ startup - Very conservative legal posture

      not busy, easy job. no need to work overtime.

      Cons

      They prefer to promote their people. some kind of peoples may not have a fair opportunity. A wrong color can destroy everything.
